With a central cut string you can build highly decorative staircases while still optimizing space. Our cut strings are made using our cross fibre laminate technology, are self supporting with a very high quality finish. Stairs can be made any shape from straight to elliptical. Our technology needs no form mould enabling us to build strings of any thickness quickly and efficiently. This techique  even allowing us to design strings of varying thicknesses. The photos on the right give a few examples of stairs with central cut strings.
Cross fibre laminates allow us to offer a wide range of stairs and staircase strings. The design of your staircase is only limited by your imagination.
Our handrails are built  using solid or twisted laminates and mouldings are always machined in solid wood.
Handrails can be supplied separately for metallic, stone or concrete stairs.
We can also build to measure all types of staircases and staircase parts. The photo on the right shows a reproduction of a 17th centaury oak staircase.
We make to measure wooden accessories for enhancing metallic, concrete or stone stairs. This can include, steps, string panelling, handrails, etc….
